دستگاه ورتیکال ویبریشن تولید سنگ مصنوعی سمنت پلاست ( میز ویبره مخصوص سنگ مصنوعی نانو سمنت پلاست ) با مساحت ۶ مترمربع با دو الکتروموتور ویبره ایتالیایی با مشخصات مختلف ( و یا طبق سفارش متقاضی استفاده از موتور ویبره چینی مرغوب ) ، استفاده ورق سطح ضد سایش ۸ میلیمتری در ساخت میز ویبره سنگ مصنوعی سمنت پلاست ، به همراه شاسی بال پهن مرکزی اروپایی و سینی قرارگیری ترازو ها در میز ویبره ، با فنرهای متالوژی مخصوص ، و سطح مشبک آیروداینامیک ، بدون ارتعاش در پایه های میز ویبره
دستگاه میکسر ساخت سنگ مصنوعی سانتریفیوژ طرح پن ( میکسر مخصوص تولید انواع سنگ های مصنوعی و نانو ترکیبات سنگ سمنت پلاست ، میکسر تولید چسب کاشی خمیری و پودری ، چسب بتن و افزودنی های شیمی ساختمان ) ، با الکتروموتور میکسر ۱۵ اسب و گیربکس میکسر ۱۸۵ سفارشی ( با برندهای مختلف مطابق با توافق در هنگام سفارش میکسر ) و پره های میکسر مخصوص هاردوکس ضد سایش ، بازوهای میکسر ۴۰ میلیمتر گریز از مرکز با قابلیت تنظیم بازوهای میکسر ، با ورق های مقاوم در برابر سایش کف میکسر ۲۰ و ۱۵ میلیمتر ( مطابق سفارش متقاضی خرید میکسر ) و ورق دیواره میکسر ۱۰ و ۸ میلیمتر ( مطابق سفارش متقاضی خرید میکسر سنگ مصنوعی سمنت پلاست ) ، دارای یک پارت خروج مواد از درون میکسر بصورت دستی ( با قابلیت ساخت دریچه خروج اتوماتیک میکسر ) ، گیربکس میکسر اسکرو فولادی از پایین و دنده درشت فولادی ، با قابلیت حمل دستگاه میکسر ، اندازه دستگاه میکسر ساخت مواد با ظرفیت 600 کیلوگرم ( ۱۰۰۰ لیتری ) و قدرت تخلیط مواد در فعلی میکسر با وزن 500 کیلوگرم با جرم حجمی عادی ( جرم حجمی عادی سنگ مصنوعی نانو سمنت پلاست ) ، قدرت تخلیط میکسر با مواد سنگ مصنوعی سمنت پلاست و با جرم حجمی فوق سبک معادل 800 کیلوگرم جرم حجمی عادی ، ظرفیت میکسر جهت ساخت چسب های کاشی تا ۱۰۰۰ کیلوگرم
انتقال تکنولوژی و دانش فنی محصولات مورد نظر قرارداد بهمراه دوره های آموزشی و ارائه فرمولاسیون اختصاصی ، شامل موارد ذیل می باشد :
آموزش اولیه : مدت دوره انتقال تکنولوژی و آموزش فرمول تولید انواع سنگهای مصنوعی ، سنگ مصنوعی نانو سمنت پلاست و سنگ مصنوعی مهندسی شامل 5 روز بصورت تئوری در دفتر شرکت سنگ مصنوعی سپاهان می باشد
آموزش ثانویه : آموزش فرمول و روش ساخت انواع سنگ مصنوعی سمنت پلاست ، سنگ مصنوعی مهندسی نانو گلاس ، چسب کاشی و چسب ساختمانی و ... به مدت ۲ الی ۳ روز می باشد در کارگاه محقق به متقاضی تکنولوژی بصورت عملی ارائه میگردد
